3. Listing Rules & Advertising Limits

• All vehicle listings must be completely accurate, depicting real and available vehicles.
• Any illegal, offensive, misleading, or deceptive content is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove non-compliant listings without prior notice.
• Duplicate listings for the same vehicle are strictly prohibited to maintain platform quality.

4. Transactions and Liability

Car Gate serves solely as a connecting platform between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transactions and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the advertised items. Users are advised to inspect vehicles thoroughly before purchase.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the platform are the exclusive property of Car Gate. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the new terms.
